During the busy fall season cooking classes are available for private groups or

Our classes are entertaining, informative and structured for students with different skill levels. As a former Frasier’s Gourmet Foods instructor, Chef has a long history of teaching young and old alike the finer points of cooking. Students always leave Chef Suzanne's classes with smiles on their faces and satisfied appetites.

Spring Class Schedule

Thursdays in May, 1:00 to 3:30 p.m., or 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.

Choose from three class themes and a variety of formats to suit your specific needs. Private classes, participation classes or group demonstrations are held in chef's commercial kitchen located in the Sterrett Center in Lawrence, Ind.

Here Comes Summer

It's time to awaken those taste buds and savor Chef's favorite summer foods.

Menu

  • Chipotle rubbed pork tenderloin with gorgonzola toasts
  • Creamy southwest potato salad
  • Green apple slaw
  • Mixed berries with marcarpone-limoncello cream

Each class is $45.00 per person and includes all ingredients, class notes, recipes and beverage. Package price for scheduling all three classes is $115.00.
